Location and Directions

First Baptist Church is located in historic, Downtown Jonesboro.

From Southeast (Bay/Trumann/Memphis)
Follow US-63 N to Jonesboro. Take Exit 45 Southwest Drive. Turn right at access road. Turn left at traffic light onto Southwest Dr. Continue traveling northeast on Southwest Drive for approximately 2 miles.  Southwest Drive will become S. Main Street. Once downtown, the church is located at the corner of Matthews Avenue and Main Street.

From East (Nettleton/Lake City/Blytheville)
Follow Highway 18 west into Jonesboro.  Highway 18 becomes Nettleton Avenue.  Continue traveling west on Nettleton until reaching Main Street (at the intersection with Southwest Drive).  Turn right (north) onton Main Street.  Once downtown, the church is located at the corner of Matthews Avenue and Main Street.

From West (Bono/Walnut Ridge)
Follow US-63 S into Jonesboro. Take the Washington Avenue Exit. Follow Washington Avenue to Union Street.  Turn right on Union and drive south 1 block.  The church is located on Union, between Jefferson and Matthews Avenues.

From North (Brookland/Paragould)
Follow US 49-S to Jonesboro. Fork onto 49B (Johnson Avenue) just before the ASU campus, and continue west.  Turn left (south) onto Main Street which will merge into Union Street downtown.  Follow Union Street south and go past Washington Avenue 1 block.  The church is located on Union, between Jefferson and Matthews Avenues.
